Job Description

Roles of telecaller:

1 Lead Generation

Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calls. Collect and update contact information in the CRM/database.
2 Initial Customer Engagement

Make introductory calls to explain the company's products or services. Create interest and fix appointments for sales executives or technical teams.
3 Follow-up

Follow up with leads generated via website, trade shows, LinkedIn, ads, or referrals. Nurture warm leads by sharing product information, brochures, or case studies.
4 Feedback Collection

Call existing customers or prospects to gather feedback on products, service quality, or
interaction experience.

5 Data Entry & Management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and outcomes.
6 Coordination with Sales Team

Work closely with sales executives by transferring hot leads or setting up meetings. Share relevant customer background or interest before the meeting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
