Responsibility & Deliverable:

Customer Interaction & Support Handle Customer Queries Database Management Feedback Collection

Skills Required:

Effective Communication Skills Active Listening Problem-Solving Abilities Patience and Empathy

Knowledge Required:

Basic computer knowledge MS Excel

Languages:

Fluency in Kannada, English, Hindi and Marathi

Qualification:

Graduate or PUC

Experience:

Any (Freshers can also apply)

Schedule:
