Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads/databases.
Explain company services (interior design, renovation, space planning, etc.) clearly and convincingly.
Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads.
Appointment Scheduling & Coordination:
Schedule consultations or site visits for the design team or sales representatives.
Update client interactions in CRM and maintain call logs.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build rapport with potential clients and understand their interior requirements.
Address queries courteously and direct technical questions to relevant teams.
Ensure timely follow-ups for ongoing and cold leads.
Database & Reporting:
Maintain and update the client database with accurate lead status.
Share daily/weekly call reports and feedback from prospects with the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum: 12th Pass / PUC
Preferred: Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.)
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in interior design, real estate, architecture, or similar service industries.
Communication:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language (e.g., Kannada, Tamil, etc.).
Pleasant tone, good listening skills, and ability to handle rejection professionally.
Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Comfort using email and messaging apps for client coordination.
Industry Awareness:
General understanding of interior design services and client expectations.
Ability to quickly learn about the company's portfolio and pitch accordingly.
Preferred Qualities:
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and persuasive.
Positive attitude and team spirit.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Work Environment:
Office-based role with structured targets.

25,000 to 50,000 + Incentives based on lead conversion.
