Tele Caller Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers (no cold calling). Explain services (Pest Control, Cleaning, etc.) clearly and persuasively. Handle incoming service inquiries with a friendly and helpful attitude. Maintain daily call logs and update CRM with customer interactions. Coordinate with the operations team to schedule appointments. Follow up with interested leads and ensure smooth customer conversion.

Requirements:



Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling or customer service (preferred). Good communication skills in

English and Hindi

. Kannada is a bonus. Confident, polite, and customer-friendly voice. Basic computer and mobile handling skills. Willingness to learn about home service industry and products.
