We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join IT team. The primary role will be to generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and convert leads into business opportunities through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads.
Follow up on inquiries, schedule meetings, and maintain accurate customer records.
Explain IT services and products, highlighting their features and benefits.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
Maintain and update the database of client contacts.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as set by the team.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and [Local Language].
Basic knowledge of IT services and products.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.
Ability to handle rejection and manage stress.
Good listening skills and ability to address customer concerns.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in IT/Business/Marketing is a plus.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
