Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Software Sales Telecaller to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for technology, and a desire to drive sales and build customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our software solutions. Identify customer needs and present appropriate software products and services. Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to achieve monthly targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share. Provide product demonstrations and answer customer inquiries. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in software or technology. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques. Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.

What We Offer:

Salary: First year- first Six months training along with work (15000 per Month or 1.8 lakhs) + Variable

First year - Second six month after training (20000 per Month or 2.4 lakhs + Variable
