Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Making outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in real estate properties.

Relationship Building:

Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, both existing and prospective.

Sales Promotion:

Promoting real estate projects and services, often using prepared scripts or pitch lines.

Query Resolution:

Addressing client queries and providing information about properties and services.

Appointment Scheduling:

Booking appointments for field sales teams with qualified leads.

Data Management:

Maintaining records of interactions with clients in a CRM system.

Follow-up:

Following up with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and drive sales.
Skills and Qualifications:

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Interpersonal:

Good interpersonal skills and customer handling skills.

Persuasion:

Ability to persuade and convince potential clients.

Listening:

Active listening skills to understand client needs.

Problem-solving:

Ability to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.

Computer Skills:

Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM software.

Sales Experience:

Previous experience in sales or telecalling is an advantage.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
