Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-oriented Telecallers to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers, introducing our innovative educational products and services, and generating leads. You will be responsible for effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings and converting interested prospects into satisfied customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for education.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students, parents, or educational institutions based on provided leads or databases.
Clearly and concisely explain the features, benefits, and value of our EdTech products and services.
Address customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally and effectively.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
Identify and qualify potential leads based on their needs and interests.
Schedule product demonstrations or counseling sessions for interested prospects.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Stay updated on our product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Adhere to ethical sales practices and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the education sector.
Excellent verbal communication skills in
English
Kannada
Hindi
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to actively listen and understand customer needs.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
