Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients from the qualified database.
Present products/services and generate interest among prospects.
Handle client queries efficiently and maintain professional communication.
Follow up with clients for lead conversion and maintain call records.
Meet daily and monthly call and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to company policies.
Requirements:
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in telesales, tele calling, or customer handling roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Age Limit:
Between
22 to 30 years

Education Qualification:
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Salary:
As per industry standards + Incentives
