The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and persuasive skills, a student-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion & Counseling
Contact potential students via phone, email, or other communication channels.
Provide accurate information regarding programs, eligibility, and admission procedures.
Counsel students and parents about course offerings, career prospects, and university benefits.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and online inquiries.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred in Marketing / Communication).
1-3 years of experience
as a Telecaller / Counselor / Admission Executive (preferably in the education sector).
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Good command of English and regional languages.
