Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
Explain company services, offers, and benefits to customers.
Generate leads and maintain follow-ups to ensure conversions.
Update and maintain customer database in CRM/excel sheets.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Coordinate with the sales team for closures.
Requirements:
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers can also apply).
Good communication skills in
Hindi & English
(Knowledge of local language will be an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel).
Positive attitude, convincing skills, and ability to work under targets.
