Role Overview
We are seeking a
Telecalling Executive (Payment Recovery)
who will be responsible for timely payment collection while maintaining positive relationships with customers. The role requires strong communication, follow-up discipline, and basic accounting understanding.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for overdue and pending payments.
Send follow-up reminders via email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Address and resolve billing or payment-related queries.
Coordinate with customers' accounts/store departments to expedite payment clearance.
Maintain accurate and updated payment records in internal systems.
Perform basic ledger reconciliation and highlight discrepancies.
Analyze reasons for payment delays and suggest process improvements.
Work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth payment workflows.
Who Can Apply?
Education:
Graduate (Preferably in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields)
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in payment collection, accounts receivable, telecalling, or similar roles
Languages:
Proficiency in
English, Hindi, and Marathi
is mandatory

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, disciplined, and proactive follow-up approach
Problem-solving ability with a customer-friendly attitude
Basic knowledge of accounting, finance, and bookkeeping
