We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern (Tele caller ) to join our Student Services Department, focusing on Alumni Relations. The intern will play a key role in strengthening our alumni network by maintaining regular communication, updating records, coordinating alumni-led initiatives, and supporting engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with alumni on a regular basis to check on their professional updates and maintain ongoing engagement. Reach out to alumni for job and internship opportunities for current students. Identify prominent alumni to invite for events, workshops, and mentorship sessions, and suggest relevant departments for collaboration. Update and maintain the alumni database to ensure accuracy and completeness of contact and career information. Assist the Student Services team with other alumni-related initiatives as needed.
Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking with alumni over the phone.

Good organizational and time management abilities.

Must be available for the entire 3-month duration.
