HomeEssentials is looking for an Inbound Telecaller to handle incoming customer calls and provide excellent support related to our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from HomeEssentials customers
Answer customer queries related to products, orders, delivery, and services
Provide accurate information and solutions in a polite and professional manner
Register customer complaints and follow up for resolution
Maintain customer records and call details
Follow company policies, call scripts, and quality standards
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic computer knowledge
Customer-friendly attitude and problem-solving skills
1+ year experienced candidates are welcome
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?21,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
