Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide information about immigration services.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing and inquiries.
Explain the visa and immigration process clearly and professionally.
Understand client requirements and guide them accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client information in the CRM system.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with counselors.
Handle customer queries courteously and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the management.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented.
Basic knowledge of immigration processes is an advantage (training will be provided).
Proficient in using MS Office and basic computer applications.
Should be a quick learner and able to handle pressure.
