We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the position of

Malayalam Voice Process Executive

. This is a great opportunity for freshers to begin their career in the customer support domain with a reputed company in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound voice calls in Malayalam. Assist customers with queries, concerns, or complaints related to products or services. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy on every call. Record and update customer information accurately in the system. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions. Meet performance targets and adhere to quality standards.

Candidate Requirements:

Language:

Proficiency in

Malayalam

(Read, Write, Speak). Basic English or Tamil understanding is an added advantage.

Qualification:

10th/12th pass or any graduate (freshers can apply).

Communication Skills:

Good verbal communication and listening skills.

Location Preference:

Candidates willing to work from

Chennai

.

Other:

Should be open to work with

rotational week offs

(1 day off per week).
