Tele Caller Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and supporting the sales and CRM teams.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain company projects, offers, and services clearly and professionally. Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Maintain records of calls and customer interactions. Follow up on leads to ensure timely conversion. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets. Update CRM/records with accurate customer information.

Requirements



Minimum education: PUC / Graduate (preferred) Proven experience as a Telecaller / Customer Care Executive (preferred, not mandatory) Good communication skills in

Kannada, Hindi, and English

Basic computer knowledge Ability to handle pressure and meet targets Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Skills Needed



Strong communication & interpersonal skills Confidence in speaking on calls Customer service orientation Time management & discipline Basic MS Office and call-handling skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,086.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
