As a Telecaller at Detailing Bull, you will be the primary voice connecting with our valued customers. Your main responsibility will be to manage incoming and outgoing calls related to customer inquiries, service bookings, promotions, and support. You will ensure timely, friendly, and professional communication to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. A good understanding of automotive detailing services and excellent communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling Customer Calls:
Professionally attend inbound customer calls, addressing queries and requests about services, bookings, and product information.
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, appointment reminders, service promotions, and customer feedback collection.
Maintain a polite, patient, and helpful tone during every conversation to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Customer Inquiry Management:
Provide accurate information about Detailing Bull's products, services, and promotions over the phone.
Assist customers in scheduling service appointments and resolving service-related questions.
Issue Resolution:
Listen actively to customer concerns or complaints and work towards providing timely solutions or escalating to the relevant team as needed.
Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Building:
Establish trust and rapport with customers through personalized and empathetic communication.
Educate customers on new offers, loyalty programs, and service benefits to encourage repeat business.
Record Keeping:
Accurately document all call details, customer interactions, and outcomes in the CRM or internal systems.
Ensure data privacy and comply with company policies regarding customer information handling.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with service teams and managers for appointment bookings, escalations, and special customer requests.
Participate in regular team meetings to share feedback and improve customer interaction processes.
Feedback & Reporting:
Collect customer feedback during calls to understand satisfaction levels and areas for improvement.
Report common customer concerns and suggestions to management to help enhance service quality.
Qualifications:
Excellent spoken and listening skills with clear and confident phone etiquette.
Ability to handle multiple calls daily while maintaining patience and professionalism.
Basic knowledge of automotive products or willingness to learn quickly about detailing services.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Good organizational skills to manage call logs and customer data accurately.
Previous telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
