Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Dialing potential clients (cold calling) and responding to inbound inquiries about properties.

Property Promotion:

Clearly explaining property features, benefits, pricing, and company services.

Client Engagement:

Building rapport, understanding client needs, and answering questions.

Coordination:

Scheduling and arranging property site visits for interested clients.

CRM Management:

Maintaining accurate records of calls, customer data, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Sales Support:

Collaborating with the sales team to meet targets and passing qualified leads.

Market Knowledge:

Staying updated on real estate trends and project details.
Key Qualifications:

Experience:

Previous telecalling or telemarketing experience, ideally in real estate.

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication, active listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

Tools:

Proficiency with CRM software.

Education:

High school diploma; a bachelor's degree is often preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?27,000.00 per month
