Call incoming leads and inquiries
Understand customer issues (leakage, inspection, repair, etc.)
Explain services clearly and simply Book inspections/services
Do follow-up calls
Update lead status (CRM/Sheet)
Coordinate with operations team
Required Skills:
Clear and confident communication
Polite and patient attitude
Comfortable with follow-ups & daily calling targets
Basic computer & WhatsApp knowledge.
