Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases
Handle inbound inquiries related to real estate projects
Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans
Qualify leads and understand customer requirements
Schedule site visits and follow up with interested prospects
Maintain and update call records and lead status in CRM
Coordinate with the sales team for successful deal closures
Achieve daily/weekly call and lead conversion targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good verbal communication skills in English & local language
Basic knowledge of real estate projects (preferred)
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Ability to handle customer objections professionally
Comfortable with target-based work
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling systems)
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in real estate, insurance, banking, or telesales is an advantage
