About the Role

Hazelnut Cyborg Infra Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for confident communicators to join our Client Outreach team. This role is

NOT a sales role

. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with our target corporate audience and fix meetings for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Call pre-defined target corporate clients (TG)

Introduce HCISPL and its IT service offerings at a high level

Fix meetings / demos for the sales team

Maintain and update meeting calendars

Perform regular follow-ups to ensure meeting confirmations

Update call outcomes and follow-up status in CRM / trackers

Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

Confidence on calls and professional conversation ability

Willingness to learn B2B corporate communication

Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Google Sheets is a plus)

Discipline, consistency, and follow-up mindset

Fresher and undergraduates are encouraged to apply

Prior tele calling / BPO experience is a plus but not mandatory Career Growth Path Tele caller
