Key Responsibilities:



Make

outbound calls

to potential clients and follow up on inquiries. Attend

incoming calls

from customers regarding construction services, projects, or quotations. Explain the company's

construction services, products, and project offerings

clearly to clients. Generate leads and qualify potential clients in the

construction industry

. Maintain accurate records of calls, client details, and follow-ups in

CRM or spreadsheets

. Support the sales team in achieving

targeted leads and conversions

. Follow up on appointments, quotations, and client inquiries promptly. Gather client

feedback, requirements, and market insights

for ongoing or upcoming construction projects. Coordinate with project and operations teams for

project updates and client communications

. Maintain

professionalism, courtesy, and compliance

with company policies. Demonstrate

basic knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project workflows

to engage clients effectively. Upsell or cross-sell additional construction services or solutions when appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



High School or Graduate (preferably in Commerce, Marketing, or related field). Excellent

communication and persuasion skills

over the phone.

Basic understanding of construction terminology, materials, and project management

. Proficient in computer usage and CRM systems. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to stay motivated, handle rejection, and meet targets.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
