Mappen is looking for a professional, energetic Telecaller to handle outbound calls to real estate clients. The role involves explaining our projects, generating leads, and coordinating with the sales team for site visits and closures. This position is suitable for freshers who are confident and eager to build a career in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective real estate clients from the given database. Explain company projects and offerings in a clear and professional manner. Understand client requirements and share suitable project details. Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team. Maintain call records and update lead status on a regular basis. Follow up with interested clients to support lead conversion.
Candidate Requirements:

Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in telecalling/telemarketing (real estate preferred but not mandatory). Good communication skills and a clear, confident speaking voice. Professional attitude, good listening skills, and willingness to learn. Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle customer data.
Compensation:

Salary: ?16,000 - ?20,000 per month (based on profile). Attractive commission/incentives on successful deals/closures.
Working Days/Hours:

As per company policy (to be discussed during interview).
