Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to potential customers to promote products or services.
Generate and qualify leads
through cold calling, follow-ups, and database management.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits
to customers clearly and persuasively.
Maintain customer database (CRM)
with updated information, call notes, and lead status.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
Follow up
with leads and coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings or demos.
Handle inbound inquiries
professionally and provide accurate information.
Collect and report
customer feedback, market trends, and competitor information.
Work closely with the
marketing and sales teams
to optimize outreach strategies.
