Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Contact potential and existing customers to inform them
about our products/services using pre-defined scripts.
Sales Conversion: Understand customer needs, address queries, and persuade them to
make purchases or avail services.
Database Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales,
and feedback in the CRM system.
Problem Resolution: Handle customer grievances professionally to preserve the
company's reputation.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales
targets and improve customer experience.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage
repeat business.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telesales or customer service roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
Having Experience in managing and calling customers, High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
