Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to clients regarding policy renewals and new insurance products.
Handle inbound queries related to insurance policies and claims.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the operations and sales teams for smooth policy issuance and servicing.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Required Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, etc.).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer care, or insurance will be an added advantage.
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Salary:
?10,000 - ?18,000 per month (depending on experience) + Incentives
Working Hours:
10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
