Job Role: Tele caller (Media Lead Engagement & Follow-up)
(JD):
The Tele caller will be responsible for engaging with leads from media agencies, institutes, and individual professionals through outbound calls. Their primary task is to fix appointments for the sales team, explain basic offerings of the GigMedia app, follow up with warm leads, and maintain detailed call records. The Telecaller plays a crucial role in the first stage of conversion, creating meaningful first impressions and driving interest in the platform.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):
Lead Calling & Appointment Setting:
Call leads from the database and pitch the basic value proposition of the app.
Sales Team Coordination:
Fix face-to-face or virtual appointments for the Sales Person based on lead interest.
Follow-Up Calls:
Conduct multiple-stage follow-ups with leads that are warm or undecided.
CRM Entry & Call Logging:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date call records, feedback, and status in CRM or lead sheets.
Basic App Pitching:
Clearly communicate the benefits of GigMedia in the media hiring ecosystem.
Feedback Loop:
Report lead objections, suggestions, and conversation insights to the Sales & Marketing Heads.
