About the Role:


We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our real estate team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining property details, generating leads, and supporting the sales team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain available real estate projects. Generate and qualify leads through effective communication. Maintain and update client databases with accurate information. Follow up with clients on inquiries and convert leads into site visits. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure successful closures. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business. Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements:



Minimum 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the real estate industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English). Ability to handle client queries confidently and professionally. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
