Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain services
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information
Maintain call records and update customer databases
Follow up with leads and ensure conversion into appointments or sales
Meet daily/weekly calling and performance targets
Maintain a professional and polite communication style at all times
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a Telecaller / Customer Care Executive
Female candidates only
Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Strong persuasive and problem-solving skills
Must be based in or willing to travel to
Gurgaon
