. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to customers, generating leads, fixing appointments, providing information about vehicles/services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote vehicle sales, services, or finance offers.
Handle incoming inquiries related to products, pricing, availability, or service bookings.
Generate and qualify leads from cold calling or existing databases.
Schedule test drives, showroom visits, or service appointments.
Follow up with customers for feedback, pending documentation, or renewals (insurance, AMC, etc.).
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate call records and customer information.
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and conversion goals.
Assist the sales/service/finance team with lead generation and customer follow-ups.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
A degree in any field is an advantage.
Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (preferred in the automobile sector). or any other industry
Excellent communication skills
Basic computer and MS Office/CRM knowledge.
Polite, persuasive, and confident in dealing with customers.
Goal-oriented with strong follow-up abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a car dealership, automobile service center, or finance division.
Knowledge of car brands, models, features, and after-sales services.
Salary:
?20,000 - ?25,000 per month (depending on experience) + incentives
Working Hours:
9:00AM - 6:00 PM (Rotational offs)
