Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain products/services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve queries professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM/Excel database.
Follow communication scripts and adhere to company guidelines during calls.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets and conversion goals.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.
Good communication skills (Hindi/English/regional language as per need).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Prior telecalling / customer service / BPO experience preferred but not mandatory.
