Key Responsibilities
Call prospective customers using leads provided by the company.
Explain property details, amenities, pricing, and benefits to potential tenants.
Handle inbound calls and assist with queries.
Schedule and coordinate property visits with interested clients.
Maintain call logs and update lead status in CRM/Excel.
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by achieving set targets.
Provide customer feedback to the management team for process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
0-2 years of experience in tele-calling or customer service (freshers welcome).
Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM).
Customer-focused with a polite and professional approach.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
