Role Description



A Customer Relationship Management (CRM) executive's role is to manage and improve customer interactions. They are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, and for ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to inform them about products or services.

Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and orders in a timely and friendly manner

Analyze customer data and trends to identify patterns and insights

Formulate and maintain profitable relationships with key customers

Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to relevant teams

Develop strategies to expand the customer base and increase sales

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or related to field.

Proven experience in a CRM.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using MS Office and Excel.

Experience: 2 to 3 yrs

Salary: 18 k to 25 k
