Job Title: Telecaller - Home Loans / LAN (Loan against Properties) - 2 Openings

Experience: 1 - 2 Years (Loans / Financial Services)

Salary: ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Location: Gurugram, Haryana



We are hiring Telecallers for our Home Loans division. The role involves handling calls, explaining loan products, guiding customers through documentation, and supporting them in completing the loan process.

Key Responsibilities

Call and connect with potential customers for Home Loan products.

Explain product features, eligibility, and documentation requirements.

Collect customer details and assess loan eligibility.

Assist clients in completing loan applications.

Maintain records of calls and follow-ups in CRM.

Work with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.

Achieve monthly call and conversion targets.

Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline.

1-2 years of experience in Home Loans, Personal Loans, or related loan/finance sector.

Knowledge of loan documentation & processing.

Good communication & convincing skills (Hindi/English; local language preferred).

Target-driven and customer-oriented.
