to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, addressing customer queries, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide accurate information.
Maintain and update customer databases with call records, inquiries, and feedback.
Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers.
Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Provide feedback to the team leader/manager regarding customer needs and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Care Executive, or in a similar role (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills in [insert required languages, e.g., English, Hindi].
Strong listening, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales/lead generation targets.
High level of patience and customer service orientation.
Education & Experience:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support will be an advantage.
