We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, explaining company products/services, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain a database of customer information, feedback, and follow-ups.
Identify opportunities to generate sales leads and set up meetings.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Report daily call activities and outcomes to the team leader/manager.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or similar role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English/Hindi/Regional language as required).
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software preferred).
