Responsibilities and Duties



Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell retail products such as loans and properties. Handle customer queries effectively and collect required information from clients. Generate qualified appointments from the provided database. Follow up on leads regularly and ensure timely updates of customer data. Work towards achieving weekly appointment and sales targets. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience. Coordinate with the sales team to support overall business growth. Earn attractive incentives based on performance.

Skills Required



Strong communication skills in

Hindi / Marathi / English

(knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage). Excellent convincing and persuasion abilities. Comfortable with high-volume calling and handling customer conversations. Positive attitude, confidence, and the ability to handle rejections professionally.

Qualification



Preferred: Graduate in any stream

Experience



Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a

Telesales Executive

in

Banking / Financial Services / Insurance

sector.
