We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven
Telecaller Executive
to join our dynamic travel company. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote travel packages and services.
Answer incoming inquiries from customers regarding travel plans, bookings, and pricing.
Follow up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and feedback.
Coordinate with the operations and sales team to ensure smooth booking and service delivery.
Assist in resolving customer concerns and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Key Requirements
:
Excellent communication skills
in Hindi and English.
Minimum 00 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling/sales preferred (travel industry experience is a plus).
Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant and convincing tone.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, emails, CRM tools, etc.).
Ability to handle rejections and remain calm under pressure.
Passionate about the travel industry and customer service.
