Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential buyers from our CRM/database
Share property/project details and clearly understand client needs
Maintain regular follow-ups to schedule and confirm site visits
Handle inbound queries via calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms
Accurately update CRM with client interactions and status
Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and deal closures
Build rapport and provide a positive, informative experience to clients
Stay informed on current and upcoming real estate projects, prices, and offers
Key Requirements:
Female candidates only
(client-facing telecalling profile)
Strong verbal communication skills (English & Hindi)
Confident, polite, and persuasive on phone
Well-organized with a consistent follow-up approach
Presentable and professional behavior
Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred) or willingness to learn
Graduate (any stream) preferred
