Job Description

As a Tele-caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of generating leads, setting up appointments, or selling products or services. Your primary focus will be on engaging prospects over the phone, effectively communicating product or service offerings, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth sales process and maintain customer satisfaction

Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in the language(s) required for the target market.

Ability to engage customers over the phone, build rapport, and effectively communicate product or service features and benefits o Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convert leads into sales.
