Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services. Follow up with interested prospects and convert inquiries into sales leads. Maintain records of calls and client responses in CRM or Excel sheets. Assist in coordinating meetings between clients and the sales team. Share brochures, catalogs, and quotations via email or WhatsApp as required. Handle incoming customer calls and provide relevant information about products. Maintain a professional and friendly tone while interacting with clients. Provide feedback from customers to the sales and marketing team.
