Job Summary:



We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, negotiating deals, and closing sales for residential, commercial, or industrial properties. You will serve as the key point of contact between buyers and sellers, providing expert advice, guidance, and support throughout the property transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:



Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services Arrange property viewings and accompany clients to site inspections Provide clients with accurate information on the legal guidelines, pricing, and market conditions Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service Negotiate property deals and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property laws, real estate market trends, and financing options Prepare necessary paperwork such as contracts, agreements, and closing documents Coordinate with legal, marketing, and finance teams as needed

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
