Save Sight Centre is seeking a motivated and professional

Telecaller Executive

to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to reach out to patients, coordinate with them, guide and convert them for surgery. Provide consistent follow-up to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to patients to convince and book surgery appointments. Coordinate with patients to schedule and reschedule surgeries as needed. Follow up with patients to track recovery progress and address any post-surgery concerns. Provide patients with necessary information regarding their surgery, pre-op instructions, and post-operative care. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and patient interactions in the CRM. Handle patient inquiries, resolve any issues, and ensure a positive experience. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure all patient information is up-to-date and accurate.
