: Initiate calls to prospective customers using a provided database.

Lead Qualification

Product Knowledge

Data Management

: Accurately update customer information and call statuses.

Goal Achievement

: Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for call volume and appointments set.

Follow-ups

: Send follow-up emails or schedule call-backs to maintain the sales pipeline.

Requirements & Skills Experience

: Minimum 02 years of experience in tele calling, telemarketing, or customer service.

Communication

: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, professional speaking voice.

Resilience:

A positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection professionally.

Education

: High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
