Courier Karo is hiring a Telecaller - NDR & Customer Support Executive to manage Non-Delivery Reports (NDR) and handle customer coordination for shipment-related issues. The role focuses on resolving delivery problems, coordinating with customers and courier partners, and ensuring successful shipment deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all NDR (Non-Delivery Report) cases across courier partners
Call customers to resolve delivery issues such as address problems, customer unavailable, refusal, or re-attempt requests
Coordinate with courier partner support teams for NDR updates and closures
Update NDR status, remarks, and actions taken in the system
Ensure maximum delivery success rate through regular follow-ups
Handle client queries and complaints related to shipment delays, RTO, or delivery issues
Share daily NDR and resolution reports with management
Communicate with customers via calls, WhatsApp, and email professionally
Follow company processes and escalation procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Experience in telecalling, customer support, or logistics preferred
Knowledge of courier operations and NDR handling is an advantage
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, courier portals, CRM)
Ability to handle pressure and multiple follow-ups
Experience
0-2 years (Freshers can apply; training will be provided)
Experience in logistics or e-commerce support preferred
