, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting our range of high-quality food products, and closing sales over the phone. You will need to build rapport, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable products from our portfolio. Your main objective will be to generate sales and support the continued growth of Aayush Food Products.

Position: Hindi Female Telesales Executive

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers in Hindi for promoting Aayush Food Products. Promote and sell our food products over the phone. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Understand customer requirements and suggest the right food products accordingly. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the company. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities. Follow up on leads and conduct basic research to identify new potential customers. Provide exceptional customer service and handle objections confidently and professionally.

Qualifications

Fluency in Hindi is mandatory. Prior telesales or customer service experience is preferred (FMCG or food industry experience is an advantage). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive, convincing, and negotiation abilities. Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. High school diploma or equivalent; qualification in sales or marketing is a plus.
