Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and persuasive

Telecaller fluent in Hindi

to promote and sell our software products over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to handle client queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers in Hindi. Explain software product features and benefits clearly and convincingly. Follow up on leads and close sales. Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer details in CRM tools.

Provide product-related information and support to potential customers. Meet weekly/monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

Proficient in Hindi (spoken); basic English is a plus. 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Familiarity with software products or IT services is an advantage. Must have a laptop/desktop and stable internet connection.

Flexible (based on your business hours and target market)

Compensation:

Fixed + Incentives (based on experience and sales performance)

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
