Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students.
Provide detailed information on academic programs and courses.
Counsel students on their career options based on their interests and qualifications.
Assist students with the enrollment process and documentation.
Follow up with leads to ensure completion of enrollment.
Maintain and update the database of student interactions.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for student enrollments.
Stay updated with academic program offerings and industry trends.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; education-related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a tele caller or similar customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
Attentive to details and well-organized.
Goal-oriented and capable of meeting admissions targets.
