Job Summary:


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller Executive to join our team and play a crucial role in guiding aspiring aviation professionals. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for potential students, providing comprehensive information about our aviation courses and facilitating their enrollment in our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:



Outbound Calling & Lead Generation:

Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided databases to brief them about courses such as cabin crew, ground staff, and pilot training.

Inbound Inquiry Management:

Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries, addressing all customer queries and concerns with a professional attitude.

Student Counseling:

Understand student aspirations and educational backgrounds to recommend suitable training programs and guide them through the application process.

Admissions & Conversion:

Follow up with leads consistently to ensure conversion of inquiries into walk-ins for career counseling sessions or direct enrollments.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all student interactions, call logs, and follow-up statuses in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software or database.

Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and admission targets.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on all course details, fee structures, eligibility criteria, and industry trends to provide accurate information.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and the overall student experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of other regional languages is a plus). Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle rejection positively and work in a target-driven environment. High school diploma or equivalent qualification (a Bachelor's degree is preferred). Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude toward customers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
